摘要
三峡升船机承船厢由齿轮-齿条爬升系统驱动、安全装置采用长螺母柱-短螺杆方案,螺母柱与钢结构间缝隙填以灌浆材料,灌浆材料和灌浆缝隙的受力和变形是该结构的关键。螺母柱接缝灌浆料28d抗压强度应达到90MPa,以满足螺母柱所受到的巨大荷载传递给钢筋混凝土结构的传力要求。
Three Gorges Ship Carrier by the gear-climbing rack system drive,safety devices,using long nut column-short program screw,nut and steel columns filled with grouting material between the cracks,filling materials and filling gaps in the force and deformation is the key to the structure.28d nut column compressive strength of grout joints should reach 90Mpa,to meet the nut column suffered huge load transfer to the reinforced concrete structure of the transmission power requirements.
