大学生就业形势一直是社会各界所密切关注的话题,近年来,由于金融危机的爆发等诸多方面的因素,大学生毕业后的就业困难现象已经成为一个日益凸显的问题,本文旨在分析造成这一现状的多方面原因,并提出一些缓解大学生就业困难问题的有效对策。

The employment of university graduates is an issue being widely concerned by the community,in recent years,due to the outbreak of the financial crisis,the difficulty in university graduates employment has becoming a increasingly prominent problem.This paper studied the causes which lead to this phenomenon,and proposed several solutions in alleviating the difficulty of university graduates employment.
