Architectural Design of Longjin Shop Housing

在商住楼建筑设计中，商业空间的“闹”与居住空间的“静”构成了一对矛盾，如何避免和减少“闹”空间对“静”空间的影响，是建筑师在工程实践中普遍关注的问题．通过对龙津商住楼的分析，阐述在喧闹街区中住宅组团外环境的优化途径，从而为住户的和睦相处提供一个相互交流的户外活动场所．同时，根据建设基地的具体情况，对沿街景观的创造、住宅座向的优化、街区噪音的隔离和房间西晒的遮挡等问题。

In the architectural design of shop housing,the noisy commercial space forms a contrast with the quiet living space.It is a general concern for the architects in engineering practice to avoid and reduce the influence of noisy space on the quiet space.By analysing Longjin shop housing,the way for optimizing outer environment of house group in a noisy block is set forth,and then an outdoor activity place of mutual exchange is offered for the households to live in harmony.Moreover,in the light of the specific condition of construction base,effective measures are taken to create landscape along the street;and to optimize the house orientaion;and to keep apart the noise from the street;and to shelter from the western exposure of the rooms.
