摘要
由于山羊绒表面鳞片的存在,产生定向摩擦效应,会产生毡缩,针对这种情况及传统防缩方法会产生污染的特点,采用了环保的生物酶对山羊绒纤维进行防缩处理.以夹角余弦赋权法确定权重,利用模糊正交法的理论与方法处理实验数据,借助于MATLAB7.0工程软件得出模糊综合评价值,将其作为目标函数.通过模糊数学主效应分析,得到优化工艺参数是温度40℃,时间20m in,Savinase浓度(owf)4%,pH值为8.
Due to the scales exist on the surface of cashmere,resulted in directional friction effect,will lead to shrink,and the traditional shrink-proof method,environmentally enzyme was used to treat the cashmere fiber.The test results were analyzed by using fuzzy mathematics theory.The included angle cosine method is used to determine the empowerment weight,and the fuzzy orthogonal design theory and method were used to analyze the figures.The empowerment weight worked with the figures at the help of MATLAB7.0 to determine the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation values,which is then used for the objective function.By direct-viewing analysis of the orthogonal results obtained by fuzzy mathematical,the optimum conditions is: temperature 40℃,time 20min,Savinase(owf)2%,pH=8.
