摘要 本文介绍了利用生产钛白的副产物硫酸亚铁制备透明铁黄(α-FeOOH)的实验方法,考察了影响晶种质量及晶种氧化过程的主要因素.晶种制备过程控制温度为25℃,加入分散剂,静置熟化0.5h.氧化过程中控制pH值在8.5~9.0,温度35℃.反应24h后,将溶液过滤洗涤,真空烘干后即获得铁黄产品.样品粒子呈纺锤状,长轴平均120nm,短轴平均45nm,粒子间无明显的团聚。 The producing process of transparent iron oxide with ferrous sulfate originated from the by product of titanium dioxide is reported, and the factors that affect the quality and oxidization of crystal seeds were investigated. The reaction temperature of producing crystal seeds were controlled at 25 ℃. After separant was added, the deposit was kept for half an hour. The conditions of oxidization process were controlled as pH 8 5~9 0, reaction temperature 35 ℃ and reaction period 24 hours. Through percolating, washing and drying, transparent iron oxide particles were obtained. The particles were spindly and monodispersed with the mean major axis 120 nm and the mean minor axis 45 nm.
