摘要 本文阐述了各向异性磁电阻效应测量原理,介绍了四探针及六探针法测量磁性薄膜的磁电阻率的方法,并讨论了探针因子Mr的值与探针相对位置的关系。 The methods of non line four point probe have been adopted for detecting anistropic magnetoresistivity of magnetic films. In practice, the accuracy of measurement was often affected by the deviation of probe locations. A mean deviation of probe factor M r has been discussed through the analysis of different four type of probes arrangements. It is suggested that the six point probe can bring about a greater improvement in the accuracy of measurement than the old one because of the symmetry of the current probe position, which can avoid the measurement error resulting from the deviation of probe location.
