Texture Classification Based on Mathematical Morphology and Neural Network

本文提出一种基于数学形态学和神经网络的纹理分类方法．首先运用数学形态学的开、闭运算提取纹理图像的特征，然后用ＢＰ神经网络对纹理进行分类．

This paper presents a set of texture features which are based on morphological opening and closing. And then BP neural network was used as a classifier. The experimental results are provided to illustrate the usefulness of this method.
