摘要
以德国大众汽车公司TL-VW011标准为依据,通过对1996年1~5月大量数据的类比分析、正态分析和回归分析等数理方法,寻找桑车后制动鼓的化学成份与机械性能、金相组织之间的关系,并严格控制熔炼工艺,从而使其金相组织、楔压强度、硬度的报废率从14.3%降低至1.11%.
In terms of the TL VW011 standard of Volkswagen,experimental data have been investigated by the application of such mathematical methods as normal distribution and recursive analysis in order to determine the relation among chemical component, mechanical behavior and metallographic organization. With reference to the relation, a strict control of the smelting technology is taken. The results show that the rate of flaw product declines from 14.3% to 1.11%.
