摘要
本文对新疆特有种南疆沙蜥(Phrynocephalus forsythiAnderson.)26条个体精巢的显微结构进行实验研究.结果表明,南疆沙蜥精巢的显微结构和精子发生过程与其它蜥蜴的结构基本相同.精巢结构和精子发生过程包括精原细胞,初级精母细胞.次级精母细胞,精子细胞和精子等都有跟其它蜥蜴同样的特点;同时我们在研究中获得如下新的资料:1)精原细胞和精母细胞在大小,形状和数量方面都不同于其它蜥蜴的同一个发育阶段的细胞;2)在精子发生过程中,生殖细胞出现了某些变化,随着精子的发育和成熟,生殖细胞逐渐变小而具有大而含有异染色质的亚球形细胞核,同时有向由细精管管腔移动的现象.
This paper reports about microstructural study on the Testis in Phrynocephalus forsythi fromXinjing. The experiment was conducted on 26 individual lizards in this species. The results showthat the spermatogenesis of the species shares some characteristics with other lizards. Structures of testis and spermatogenesis including primitive germ cells, spermatocytes, secondary spermatocytes,spermatids and spermatozoa are the same features with other lizards, But there are some new datain the species studied, 1)The numbers, shapes and sizes of spermatogonium and spermatocyte dif-fer fromcellsin the samestages and change with situation of funcaton.2)During sper matogonous stage, there are some changes taken place in germ cells. With the maturation of the sperm, the sizes of germ cell become smaller than those of early stages, with and a large typical subspheral nu- cleus with heterochromatin and then sperm cells move to the seminiferous tubules cavity.
