侧柏不同种源扦插繁殖的研究

Study on Vegetative Propagation by Cuttings Delivered from 19 Provenannces of Platycladusorientalis

本文研究了侧柏主要分布区内19个种源扦插繁殖时在生根特性上的地理变异规律,同时研究了提高扦插生根率的技术措施。

Rooting characteristics i.e. rooting rate, numbers of lateral roots, length of main roots and duration of rooting of the provenances of the species were observed and analysed. Geographic variation of the characteristics among the provenances was revealed. The measures were taken to increase the rooting rates. In the best situation the rooting rate of the species is more than 85 per-cent.
