摘要
用异常共沉积电镀的方法,在BeCu基片上镀制Fe20+δNi80-δ镀层。主要研究阴极电流密度和电镀时间对镀层的磁性和磁阻抗效应的影响。FeNi镀层的磁阻抗特性同材料的软磁性能密切相关。观察到最大的磁阻抗效应达35%。
FeNi ferromagnetic films were electrodeposited on BeCu ribbons. The influence of the cathode current density and the plating time on the magnetic properties and magneto-impedance effects (MI) was investigated. A high MI relative variation up to 35% has been observed. The MI effect in the electrodeposited FeNi film is sensitively dependent on the electrodeposition conditions and can be explained in terms of soft magnetic properties.
