摘要
通过对失效的宏观形貌、材料化学成分、金相组织和腐蚀产物分析,介绍了醋酸乙酯管道的失效情况。在对点腐蚀形成的机理和304不锈钢点腐蚀原因分析的基础上,提出了对不锈钢管道点腐蚀的预防措施。
By means of analyzing the failure of the macro-morphology, chemical composition, microstructure and corrosion products, describing the failure of ethyl acetate process pipe. On the basis of analyzing pitting corrosion forming mechanism and the reason of pitting erosion of 304ss, inititate preventing measure of stainless steel pipe pitting erosion.
