在我国教师教育由旧三级体制向新三级体制转轨过渡的历史进程中,师范专科教育面临着生源、就业等方面的挑战。为了充分利用原有的师范教育资源,师范专科教育要立足现实,着眼未来,研究生存发展战略,进行合理的战略选择,以特色求生存,以实力求发展,以人才质量在教师教育培养机构转型升级中获得新生。

In the process of Chinese teacher education changing from the old 3-level system to the new 3-level system,the teacher education is facing multiple challenges such as student pool and employment.In order to use the original education resource,the normal schools should work out the strategy for development.An appropriate strategy with unique characters will promise a good prosperity.
