钙(镁)质胶磷矿脱镁反浮选酸的作用机理探析 被引量:21

摘要 针对钙(镁)质胶磷矿,结合脱镁反浮选试验,分析了硫酸、磷酸在浮选过程中的作用机理。分析发现,硫酸能够对矿石颗粒进行化学解离,使碳酸盐和磷矿物分开;磷酸水解出的H2PO4-能够抑制磷矿物的酸解,并且磷酸的水解产物能够吸附于磷矿物表面,增强磷矿物的亲水性,从而促进钙、镁碳酸盐与磷矿物的分离分选。 The mechanism of sulfuric acid and phosphoric acid in the process of flotation was analyzed by de-magging reverse flotation test of calcareous (magnesial) collphanite. It was found that sulfuric acid could decompose ore particles to separate carbonate from phosphate ore, and H2PO4^- hydrolyzed from phosphoric acid could inhibit acid decomposition of phosphate ore, and the hydrolysis product of phosphoric acid could adsorb to the surface of phosphate ore to enhance hydrophilicity of phosphate ore to promote the separation of calcium and magnesium carbonate from phosphate ore.
