摘要
《国家中长期教育改革和发展规划纲要(2010-2020年)》(简称《纲要》)的颁布实施为民办高等教育发展带来了新的机遇,本文在回顾国家立法和政策实施对民办高等教育发展影响的基础上,分析了《纲要》颁布实施背景下我国民办高校八大发展趋势。
This paper analyses that the promulgation and implementation of Medium- and Long-term National Educational Reform and Development Plan （2010-2010） bring the opportunities for the development of non-governmental higher education, reviews that national legislation and policy implementation have an influence on the development of non-governmental higher education, and gives a detailed study of the eight development trends of China＇s non-governmental colleges in the context of the promulgation and implementation of Medium- and Long-term National Educational Reform and Development Plan.
