摘要
本文基于对我国中小学学校改进丰富实践的分析,总结概括出学校改进的四种本土策略,即通过教育教学思想更新改进学校、通过管理革新改进学校、通过信息技术的应用改进学校、运用日常教育智慧改进学校。本文对每种改进策略需要完成的任务、预期受益、成功的标志、面临的挑战和适用条件进行了较为详细的说明和分析,并对实践中的应用问题进行了讨论。
Based on a systematic analysis of school improvement cases in Chinese primary and secondary schools, this paper classifies the strategies for school improvement in practice as the following types, i.e. improvement by renewing educational ideas, improvement by innovating school management, improvement by applying information and communication technology in school and improvement by wisely using educational common sense. In the paper, tasks, benefits, symbols for success, challenges and requirements of each strategy are explained. The issues concerning the use of strategies are briefly discussed.
