摘要
遵循领导手段从刚性到柔性过渡的顺序,可以将中小学校长的教学领导分为六种不同的类型:事务型、目标型、制度型、资源型、保健型和陶冶型。不同的领导类型适合不同的情境,校长教学领导类型的选择主要取决于校长的专业水准、教师成熟度与组织成熟度三个方面。
Based on the transition of the leadership style from the hard means to soft means, this article divides headmasters' instructional leadership styles into six kinds: conventional type, object-monitoring type, institution-restricting type, resource-provider type, culture-nurturing type and cultivating type. Different styles suit different schools. The headmaster's aeademie standard, maturity of teaching staff and organization influence the style of headmasters' instructional leadership.
