Aiming to efficiently and comprehensively train the major skill of the students and offer instruction to experiment teaching,the experiment reformation of ＇processing and storage of horticultural products＇ was discussed focusing on preparation of lessons before class,subgroup,experiment summary,analysis and discussion after class and perfect ion test style.
