摘要
对葡萄汁饮料的缓冲系数与原果汁含量之间的关系进行了研究,结果表明,缓冲系数与原果汁含量呈线性正相关,同时得出了缓冲系数与原果汁含量之间的关系式。只要测定出该饮料的缓冲系数,即可根据关系式推算出该饮料中原果汁含量。该方法的相对标准偏差0.37%~1.13%,回收率106%~108%,具有较高的准确度和精确度,且方法简便、快速,可用于葡萄汁饮料中原果汁浓度的检测。
Grape juice beverage is a buffer. The buffer capacity of grape ju ice beverage changes with the content of original grape juice. The relationship between buffer coefficient and original juice content in grape juice beverage was studied. The results showed that the buffer coefficient was positive linear correlation with the content of original grape juice. The relationship between buffer coefficient and the content of original grape juice was deduced. The content of original grape juice in grape juice beverage could be calculated by buffer coefficient which could be determined. The relative standard deviation of the method was 0.37%-1.13%, and the recovery rate was 106%-108%. The accuracy and precision of the method were high. Besides, the method was simple and fast, which could be used for the content determination of original juice in grape juice beverages.
