摘要
采用自行设计分离方法,以白酒厌氧污泥为接种物,在厌氧环境下分离细菌,再通过控制生长条件分离高效厌氧菌株。其主要菌株的生长温度为37℃,pH值为7.30,恒温培养7d后,形成的菌落呈不规则的圆形,不透明,菌落大,产气现象明显,在显微镜下观察主要为球状、杆状,通过革兰氏染色呈阴性。对筛选出的高效菌株与活性污泥进行了混合交互试验,结果表明,该类微生物通过厌氧流化床处理白酒废水表现为产气高,有机物降解迅速等良好特性。
To separate anaerobic, isolated Bacteria strains were isolated from sludge of liquor under anaerobic environment with a new designed method, and the high efficiency bacteria swains were screened by controlled conditions. The optimum growing conditions for dominant swains were as follows, temperature 37℃, pH value 7.30. After 7 d incubation, colonies were large irregular round, opaque, and significant gas production phenomenon was observed. The morphology under microscope were spherical or rod and Gram negative. The isolated high efficiency strain were used for mixed interaction test with active sludge. And the results showed that the swain had characteristics of higher gas production and rapid degradation of organic substances when applied by anaerobic fluidized bed.
