摘要 在H2SO4介质中,乳化剂OP-10存在条件下,柠檬酸对Fe3+催化过氧化氢氧化孔雀绿的反应具有阻抑作用,据此建立了一种阻抑动力学光度法测定痕量柠檬酸的新方法。研究了吸收光谱、试剂用量、干扰离子等因素的影响,测定了动力学参数。在最佳试验条件下,线性范围为0.4μg/L^240μg/L,检出限为3.27×10-6g/L。 Citric acid can inhibit the discoloration of the catalytic oxidation reaction of malachite green with hydrogen peroxide by Fe^3+ in H2SO4 solution using emulsifier OP-10 as sensitizer. Therefore, a new inhibitory kinetic spectrophotometric method for the determination of trace amount of citfie acid was established. The effects of absorption spectra, reagent amount and interfereing ions on the reaction were discussed, as well as the kinetic conditions. Under the optimum experimental conditions, the linear range was 0.4μg/L-240μg/L and the detection limit was 3.27×10^-6g/L.
