摘要
通过热流耦合法研究了气雾和高温模钢板之间的换热特性。对于离散相体积分数小于10%~12%的气雾,应用混合对流换热模型研究了气-水体积分数、入射速度、气-水速度比、喷射距离对换热特性的影响。研究结果为模具钢在线淬火设备研究设计和实际产品生产提高的重要参考依据。
The transfer heat characteristics between air mist spray and high-temperature plate were researched by heat-flow coupling method.When the discrete-phase volume fraction was less than 10%~12%,the mixed convection heat transfer model was used.The effects of cooling parameters,such as air-water volume fraction,injection speed,gas-water velocity ratio,the distance of nozzle and plate,the temperature of the steel plate,on the heat transfer coefficient were researched.The results of this study provided important reference value for the material controlled cooling equipment development and the actual production.
