摘要
介绍了国内外转炉煤气湿法、干法和半干法回收技术的最新进展和应用情况,叙述了我国济钢和柳钢实施的转炉余热发电项目和效果、日本JFE利用炼钢余热制备燃料H2和CO的技术,分析了鞍钢转炉余热利用现状并建议鞍钢开发转炉废气直接发电技术。
The recent progress and application instance of BOF gas recovery technology by wet,dry and semi-dry methods in foreign countries and China were introduced.The project and effect of electric power generation by BOF residual heat in Jigang and Liugang,and the technology of manufacturing fuel of H_2 and CO by steelmaking residual heat in JFE Company were described.The utilization status of converter residual heat in Ansteel was analyzed,and the research on direct generating electric power technology by using BOF waste gas in Ansteel was put forward.
