摘要
采用埃洛石纳米管(HNTs)/白炭黑并用增强改性废聚乙烯,研究了并用填料对复合材料性能和微观结构的影响。结果表明,随着并用填料含量的增加,复合材料的拉伸强度、弯曲强度和弯曲模量显著提高,当并用填料用量为50份时,复合材料综合力学性能较好,且并用填料的增强效果明显优于单用埃洛石的体系;并用填料体系的加工性能和热稳定性优于单用白炭黑的体系;白炭黑与埃洛石的相互作用可形成特殊的双填料网络,在一定程度上促进了埃洛石和白炭黑的分散。
Waste polyethylene was strengthened and modified by using halloysite nanotubes/silica,influence of composite structure and properties caused by fillers were studied.The results showed tensile strength,flexural strength and flexural modulus of composites increased remarkably with the increase of combination fillers content.the mechanical properties of composites were preferable when the content of combination fillers was 50 phr,furthermore strengthening effect of combination fillers was obviously superior to the system of single-use halloysite nanotubes;processing property and thermal stability of combination fillers system was better than the system of single-use silica;silica and halloysite nanotubes could form special double filler network,which was able to boost dispersion of halloysite nanotubes and silica to some extent.
