淀粉/PVA共混物在缓释肥料中的应用 被引量:4

摘要 以淀粉与聚乙烯醇(PVA)的共混材料为基材,用复合肥料(尿素)来制备缓释肥料,通过控制淀粉及PVA在环境中的降解速率以达到控制肥料进入环境和被植物吸收的速率,从而达到既不污染环境,又能够提高肥料利用率的目的。以共混工艺为基础,以甘油和水作为增塑剂,分别研究了增塑剂的种类和加入量、淀粉与PVA的配比对缓释肥料力学性能、流变性能及养分释放性能的影响。利用扫描电镜对其结构进行了表征。结果表明,甘油/水质量比为1/1时加工性能良好,缓释性能随着PVA用量增加累计释放率降低。 The slow release fertilizer was prepared by starch and PVA as basic material and the compound fertilizer(urea).Through controlling the degeneration rate of starch and PVA in environment to manipulate the speed of fertilizer into the environment and absorbing rate by the plant,thus it could prevent the environmental pollution and raise the utilization of fertilizer factor.The influences of plasticizer type and quantity,ratio of starch and PVA on mechanical properties,rheological behavior and nutrient release characteristics of the slow release fertilizer were studied,which was based on the blending technology,glycerin and water as plasticizer.SEM was used to characterize the structure.The results showed that when the glycerol/water=1/1(wt/wt),the processing performance was good,and cumulative release rate was decreased as the PVA content increased.
