摘要
以五氧化二锑、巯基乙酸异辛酯为原料,在水相中用一步法合成了五(巯基乙酸异辛酯)锑,分别用傅里叶变换红外光谱仪、紫外灯耐候试验箱和哈克转矩流变仪对产物的结构、耐紫外光性能及其对聚氯乙烯(PVC)的热稳定性能进行了分析。结果表明,反应物10HSCH2COOC8H17与Sb2O5的物质的量比为1.05,以0.548 mL/(g反应物)的水作溶剂,加热回流2 h时,Sb2O5的转化率为98.8%。五(巯基乙酸异辛酯)锑在紫外光照下不稳定,容易分解变色。当五(巯基乙酸异辛酯)锑的添加量为5 phr时,PVC的热稳定时间为1 569 s。
Antimony pent(isooctyle thioglycolate)(APOT)was synthesized from antimony pentoxide and isooctyle thioglycolate in aqueous medium by one step method.Structure analysis was performed with FTIR,UV light APOT and thermal stability on the PVC were studied with UV lamp test chamber and HAAKE torque rheometer.The results showed that isooctyle thioglycolate was reacted with antimony pentoxide at the molar ratio n(10HSCH2COOC8H17)∶n(Sb2O5)=1.05∶1 in 0.548 ml/(g reactants)water for about 2 hours,and the conversion of Sb2O5 was 98.8%.APOT was unstable when exposed to UV light for a long time and was easy to be decomposed and change color.The thermal stable time of PVC was 1569 s when 5 phr APOT was added in PVC.
