摘要 本文通过对低碳中硫铝脱氧易切削钢夹杂物的组成,形态分析入手,运用夹杂物工程理论,选用合适的变性剂,对钢中主要的脆性和塑性夹杂物进行变性处理改善该类钢的夹杂物形态、分布及组成,以获得较好的生产和使用效果。 In this paper, According to the theory of non-metallic Inclusions Engineering after making scientific researches on effect of inclusions in Easy cuting steel,Choosing the best ways to transform the consistence and location of oxidic and sulphureous inclusions in lowcarbon midsulphur aluminium-deoxidizing easy cuting steel.And get better effect in using and producting.
