摘要
本文介绍了用皂蜡裂解煤油烯及柴油烯为烷基化原料,通过歧化法和二段烷基化法制备二烷基苯合成润滑油的适宜工艺条件:探讨了回收—烷基苯的重复使用问题;研究了烷基苯结构与性能的关系;并对实验中出现的一些现象进行了理论解释。
The optimum conditions of disproportionation and two-step alkylation process for preparing dialkylbenzene as a synthetic lubricating oil by using α-olefins obtained from the cracking of light slack wax as alkylat1ing agent are plesented in this paper. The recycling of recovered monoalkylbenzene is examined. The relationship between the properties and structure of alkylbenzene is studied and some phenomena observed are discussed.
