基于Auto Lisp的压力供油径向圆柱滑动轴承CAD系统开发

摘要 为了提高滑动轴承设计效率并规范其基本设计流程,开发了一套压力供油径向圆柱滑动轴承的CAD系统.该系统以Auto Lisp为开发工具,采用对话框控制语言建立了符合轴承设计要求和工程操作习惯的人机界面,并应用幻灯片文件建立了设计参数图表文件库,利用Auto Lisp程序与界面实现连接.在Auto CAD环境下完成了滑动轴承的设计计算与校核,给出滑动轴承的计算参数,可减少设计中的重复性工作,提高设计的准确性和效率. In order to increase the design efficiency of plain bearing and standardize design cycle,a pressure-following feeding hydrostatic radial plain bearing CAD system is developed.With the development tools of Auto Lisp,the interface is developed using dialog control language to establish the man-machine interface that accords with the requirements of plain bearing design and engineerer' habit.The slide is used to establish a library of design parameter charts that is connected with the interface by Auto Lisp-driven program.The design calculation and check analysis of plain bearing are accomplished in AutoCAD and the geometric dimension parameter list is output.Consequently,during the course of product design,repetitive work can be reduced and the design efficiency and accuracy can be improved.
