摘要
针对卧式双端面磨床MZ7675在磨削深沟球轴承套圈平面过程中套圈平面经常出现磨伤、划伤等问题进行分析,找出主要原因并进行改进,从而减少套圈平面磨伤和划伤,提高质量。
According to the question which the surface rubs and scratches of the bearing ring often occured during grinding deep groove ball bearing with horizontal double ends grinding machine MZ7625,this question was analyzed,then the main reasons were found and improved,the surface rubs and scratches were reduced,the quality was raised
