Transform of extending processing scope for 3MZ1410S external groove grinding machine

原设备是加工球轴承外圈沟道的磨床,加工范围小。在节约资金的基础对原有设备上进行改造,使其加工范围扩大。改造后增大了电磁夹盘和工件轴直径,调整了床头箱尺寸,选配了电主轴。

The original equipment is used for processing external groove of ball bearing.Because of the processing limitation, the equipment has been transformed base on the saving of money in order to extend the scope of processing.The transformed one are equipped with the larger electromagnetic chuck and the diameter of work piece spindle and the dimension of head stock has been ajusted and electric spindle is fitted.
