复方益肤乳膏对家兔皮肤刺激性试验

Skin irritation test of Compound Yifu Cream in rabbits

目的了解复方益肤乳膏对动物皮肤的刺激反应及其他不良反应。方法通过局部给药,观察家兔完整皮肤长时接触复方益肤乳膏外敷所产生的反应情况。结果家兔未见异常改变,涂药部位亦未出现水肿、出血点、色素沉着以及皮肤粗糙等改变。结论复方益肤乳膏是一种安全性较好的外用制剂。

Objective To study the irritation reactions and other adverse reactions of Compound Yifu Cream to skin. Methods The left side of rabbit＇s back skin were smeared with Compound Yifu Cream for d h and washed off by warm normal saline. Then the local reaction was observed from 1 to 72 h. Results No abnormal changes were seen in rabbits. Furthermore, the skin smeared with Compound Yifu Cream did not show edema, bleeding points, pigmentation,pachylosis, etc. Conclusion Compound Yifu Cream is a safe external preparation.
