贵州剑河香猪头骨测定

The anatomical determination of head bone of Xiang pigs in Jianhe Guizhou

用同条件下饲养的６月龄贵州剑河白、黑香猪屠宰，对其头骨采用大体解剖学方法进行解剖，观测其结构和记录数据结果为，白香猪的顶骨、颞骨、额骨均小于黑香猪，两猪的颅骨各骨的面积相近，差异均不显著（Ｐ＞００５）；前颌骨、鼻骨、泪骨、颧骨测定结果白香猪小于黑香猪两猪面骨的种间差异均不显著（Ｐ＞００５）。

The white and black Xiang pigs were raised in the same conditions. When they grew up to 6 months of age their head bones were dissected after slaughter. The results showed that the head bone areas were similar between white and black Xiang pigs and no significant difference existed in two breeds.
