Speeding up reform and opening and reducing the disparities in regional economy

通过对我国东部和中西部地区经济差距成因的分析，提出解决中西部和东部沿海地区经济差距的根本途径是加大改革开放力度；大力扶持非国有经济的发展；重视价格、税收、信贷等经济杠杆作用，通过市场配置来协调地区间经济差距并均衡发展。同时指出改革开放以来我国地区经济差距的存在是经济迅速发展过程中的必然，东部地区率先富裕起来对我国经济起着一种正效应的促进作用。要加强对当前存在的地区经济差距的认识。

Since reform and opening the existence of the disparities in regional economy in our county is bound to arise in process of the rapid development of economy,the eastern part which has been the first to be rich will have a great part in promoting economic prosperity all over the country.The fundamental channel to solve the disparities in regional economy between the middle and the western part and the eastern part along the coast is to speed up reform and opening.The effects of economic level,such as,price,tax and credit etc need to be attached importance to,by market disposition the disparities in regional economy are to be coordinated and the development of the economy is to be balanced.We should strengthen the awareness of the differences in regional and push forward the development of economy in an all-round way.
