Creating Wonderful Poems by Using the Stories Easy to Pass Down——on the Aesthetic Characteristics of BAI Ju-yi's Narrative Poems

白居易既有面向社会、反映现实、具有美刺作用的叙事诗篇,也有面向自我、表现个人经历及感受的叙事诗篇,其叙事诗题材的确已深入到社会生活的各个方面;而他对叙事角度、方式和时间等的艺术处理,体现出自然的叙事技巧、统一性的情节和多棱性的人物形象,形成自己别具一格的视野和风格。本文试从叙事内容和叙事特征这两方面来谈谈现实主义诗人白居易叙事诗体现出的独特风貌。

BAI Ju-yi writes not only some narrative poems reflecting society and reality, but also some narrative poems about self-expression and personal experience. The subject matter goes indeed deep into all aspects of social life. Because of his artistic treatment of narrative point of view, manner and time, which reflects his natural narrative techniques, muhi-row of the unity of the plot and the characters, he forms their own unique vision and style. This paper points out the unique style in BAI Ju-yi＇ s realistic narrative poems from the angle of the narrative content and narrative characteristics.
