论恶性价格竞争与行业自律

On the Competition of Galloping Price and the sell-nomal of Basiness

正常的价格竞争，对消费者、企业和整个社会都是有益的，但以低于成本进行倾销的恶性竞争，对消费者、企业和社会都会导致严重的损害。本文在对出现恶性价格竞争的原因进行分析的基础上，提出遏制恶性价格竞争的主要对策除制定行业自律价外，更重要的是企业必须自律，尊重竞争对手和注重其它竞争手段的运用。

The nomal price competition is of benefit to consumers,enterprises and the whole society.However,the rice coar will cause serious damages to them.This paper analyses the causes of price war and points out that to prevent this from happening,we must make a trade autonomy price.Moreover,the enterprises must observe it and value the good of their competitor. meanwhile,the enterprises should put emphasis on the uses of other competitior methods.
