摘要
1995年出台的《中华人民共和国体育法》,受当时我国政治、经济影响,有其鲜明的特点,也有诸多不足之处。时至今日,我们应加强《中华人民共和国体育法》的配套立法,补充规定体育资源配置和体育产业的内容,同时将立法重心从竞技体育转向全民健身,依法建立运动员保障体系,建立并完善我国的体育仲裁制度,加大体育无形资产法律保护的力度,细化体育行政执法规范,注重体育复合人才的培养,才能切实有效地完善我国现行体育立法,保障我国体育事业持续健康发展。
The author was talking about the legislative background and it＇s mainly characteristics of the Physical Law in our country, setting forth the mainly defect of the Physical Law in our country. At last, the author was putting forward to the suggestion of the Physical Law. Namely, strengthen the necessary legislation, replenish the physical resources disposition and physical industrial contents, establish the sportsmen＇s unemployment insurance system, set up and perfect the physical arbitration system and so on.
