摘要 未足月胎膜早破（preterm premature rupture ofmembrane,PPROM）带来的早产、羊膜腔感染、新生儿呼吸窘迫综合征（respiratory distress syndrome ofnewborn,NRDS）、胎儿窘迫、胎盘早剥和羊水过少等,是产科领域关注的热点问题。PPROM的诊治,特别是处理策略,也一直是产科临床面对的棘手问题,加拿大妇产科医师学会（Society of Obstetricians andGynaecologists of Canada,SOGC）（2005年）、
