摘要
经济危机后期经济复苏回暖背景下,Y公司的薪酬制度在执行过程中出现了一些问题,本文对问题以及原因进行了分析,以增强薪酬制度的激励功能为出发点,针对出现的员工士气低落、人员流动率增加的现象,从改革薪酬等级设计、采用高弹性薪酬模式、完善调薪机制三方面提出了解决对策。
Company Y met with some problems in its pay system under the background of economic recovery stage. This paper analyzed the problems and put forward some suggestions on how to deal with the problems such as the reform of pay level design,high flexible pay model,and the salary adjustment mechanism.
