旅游合同实践问题研究

A Study of Travel Contract Practice

随着人们生活水平的提高,旅游已经成了人们在繁忙的工作之余放松心情的一剂良药。当越来越多的人们开始走出家门,走向更广阔的天地时,随之而来的一系列问题也引起了社会各界的关注。因为没有明确的法律规定,所以当旅游纠纷出现时也没有法律依据去解决。本文试图通过对旅游合同在实践中存在的问题及原因进行分析,提出一点旅游合同的立法建议。

With the improvement of people’s living standard,tourism has become a remedy for people to relax in the busy work. As more and more people go out of the house,toward the broader world,the resulting series of problems caused concerns of the community. Because there is no clear legal requirement,when disputes arise, there is no legal basis to resolve. This paper attempts to analyze the travel contract problems in practice and put forward legislative proposals.
