阜合高速公路水泥稳定基层施工技术研究

摘要 阜阳至合肥高速公路K24+000~K49+052合同段路面采用38cm厚水泥稳定碎石基层,分两层进行机械摊铺施工。水泥稳定碎石基层采用稳定土厂拌设备集中拌和、摊铺机摊铺的作业法进行施工,避免了原材料不合格、配合比不准确、拌和不均匀、摊铺不平整、粗细料离析、碾压不密实、接缝不平整等质量弊病,以及松散、弹簧、翻浆、强度不合格等质量缺陷的出现,确保了路面基层的施工质量。 The pavement of Fuyang-Hefei Expressway K24+000~K49+052 Contract Section applies 38cm thick cement stabilized macadam as its base,and the mechanical spreading are divided into two course.The construction of cement stabilized base uses stabilized soil mixing plant and spreading machine,therefore the quality malady,such as unqualified raw material,inaccurate mix proportion,coarse and fine powder segregating,not dense rolling,uneven mixing,paving and joint,as well as the quality defect,such as loose,springs,boiling and strength failure,are avoided in the process of construction,which can guarantee the construction quality of the pavement base.
