摘要
茂名油页岩加热干燥时会产生热崩碎。本文采用热重仪和热机械仪研究了产生热崩碎的原因及其影响因素。试验表明,加热速率对热崩碎有明显的影响,并发现加热速率与页岩热崩碎点的含水量之间呈线性关系。此外,页岩块径愈小则愈不易发生崩碎。故茂名油页岩在干燥时主要是大块的页岩发生了崩碎。
The Maoming oil shale is known to have a queer behavior of burstingcrack during heating.In this paper,various factors affecting the burstingcrack have been investigated by TG and TM methods.It is found that the burst-ing crack depends much on the heating rate,and there is a linear relation-ship between the heating rate and the water content at the temperature ofbursting crack of this oil shale.The data obtained in this work indicate thatthe smaller the diameter of oil shale lumps,the less the bursting cracktaking place.It is concluded that the bursting crack occurs mainly on thelarger Maoming oil shale lumps during the later period of drying.
