随着我国经济的发展,不仅国道要改造升级,省道、县乡道路同样也要升级改造。科学合理地利用旧路进行升级改造,有利于节约国家土地资源,保护生态环境,不仅可节约大量的资金,更重要的是能取得较好的社会效益。
With the development of China＇s economic, not only the national highway but also the provincial highway, county and town highway need upgrading.
