摘要
本研究以台湾百货公司第三方物流企业为例,首先,在实际调查与文献研究的基础上,提出了6个维度14项物流配送服务测定要素体系;其次,采用调查问卷的方法,以Liker-Scale为测量标准尺,通过克隆巴赫α值统计法验证了问卷的可靠性及有效性;最后,采用单因子方差分析方法阐明了渠道规模与货件规模对服务需求显著影响。
As a case study on third-party logistics enterprise of department stores in Taiwan, firstly, this paper puts forward the archetecture which includes six dimensions and 14 key factors of the logistics distribution service based on the instance investigation and literature study. Second- ly, using the Cronbach's alpha approch, the paper verifies the credibility and effectiveness of the questionnaires which are used in the investigation and mesured by liker-scale. Lastly, using the one-way ANOVA, the paper illustrates the scale of channels and goods quantity that have the significant effect on logistics distribution service.
