摘要
供应链绩效评价大多采用静态评价方法,不能有效反映供应链系统的动态特性。本文将平衡计分卡思想与动态仿真方法结合,构建了蒙辰(简称MC)公司供应链绩效动态优化构架。采用仿真工具Witness,从内部流程、客户、未来发展及财务4方面选取关键绩效指标作为优化目标建立仿真模型,并通过优化得出最优资源组合方案。仿真结果分析表明,该绩效动态优化构架可行有效,可为提高绩效管理水平提供借鉴。
Static evaluation methods that often adopted in the supply chain performance evaluation can not effectively exhibit the dynamic nature of supply chain system. In this paper, based on the idea of balanced scorecard and the dynamic simulation method, the supply chain performance dynamic optimization framework of the MengChen (MC) Company was constructed; Using simulation tool Witness, taking key performance indexes from internal business process, customers, learning and growth and financial perspectives as the optimization objective to establish the simulation model, an optimal resource combination scheme was obtained through the optimization. The simulation results showed that the dynamic performance optimization "framework was viable and effective, and could be used as a reference to improve the performance management.
