摘要
席卷全球的金融危机使世界经济格局发生了巨大的变化,也让企业面临着更加严峻的经营环境。企业管理转型,不仅是业绩差的企业,也是优秀企业所面临的共同挑战。本文通过界定管理转型的概念,以成就优势企业为目标,提出了综合转型观念、转型策略和转型目标的集成框架模型;从转型条件、转型意识和转型方式三个维度建立企业转型思考的透视模型,以此界定企业的转型环境;进而提出观念转型、战略转型和运作转型的三级联动转型行动策略。管理转型的集成框架和行动策略,提供了成就优势企业的转型理论基础和基本实现途径。
The global finance crisis changed the situation of the world economy and the business environment of firms. Then the Management Transformation (MT) is not only the problem of firms with bad performance, also the problem encountered by the firms with excellence performance. In this paper, we addressed the definition of the MT, first, put forward the integrated framework (IF) of MT combined the transforming philosophy, strategy and objectives oriented to the goal of achieving the advantageous firms; second, formulated the action strategies(ASs) of MT layered by the transformation of concept, strategy and the operations; finally, verified the theory by the cases study. The IF and AS of MT provide the theoretical base and the implications of realization to achieve the advantageous firm.
