以苏州农业职业技术学院连锁经营与管理专业为例,介绍"冠名+订单式工学交替"人才培养模式的具体构架、总体思路以及实施方案,并在此基础上总结该培养模式的特点,提出该培养模式今后的改进之处。

The article firstly introduces the specific framework,the general idea and the implementation of the program of the ＂title and Order-Type for Engineering alternating＂ talent training Mode which based on the example of Chain Management Major of SuZhou Polytechnic Institute of Agriculture.Secondly,it summarizes the characteristics of the training mode,Lastly,it also puts forward suggestions on improving the training mode for future development.
