摘要
随着高校扩招后毕业生就业高峰的到来,高职院校毕业生就业工作面临着种种问题和挑战。高职学生为了提高就业,学校、家庭、毕业生纷纷增加就业成本,虽然就业成本与就业率存在着某种程度的正比例关系,但两者关系并不是绝对的,我们应转变理念,从多方面降低高职学生的就业成本,同时对高职院校学生的就业进行机制创新,从而真正提高高职院校学生的就业率与就业质量。
With peak of graduates employment after expand of college enrolment,higher vocational colleges' graduates expose to variety of problems and challenges.To promote employment rate,colleges,families and graduates increase their employment cost.Although it has direct proportion between employment cost and employment rate to some degree,the relationship is not absolute.We should change our concept to lower the employment cost in many ways and encourage innovation of employment mechanism so as to improve the employment rate and employment quality of higher vocational colleges' graduates.
