原矛头蝮的人工孵化初步研究

A Preliminary Study on Artificial Reproduction of Protobothrops mucrosquamtaus

为获取原矛头蝮孵化的相关信息,为人工孵化原矛头蝮提供一定的技术支持,采用试验法、观察法和对比法对原矛头蝮卵进行了人工孵化研究。结果显示:原矛头蝮约在7月上、中旬产卵,卵长平均为(39.22±2.31)mm,平均卵重为(22.1±1.45)g。卵平均孵化期约为50d,仔蛇出壳时间在8月末9月初,仔蛇平均体长(25.83±2.42)cm,体重(6.7±0.98)g。仔蛇在出壳后13d左右将进行第一次蜕皮,以后约每10d进行一次蜕皮。出壳后体长会逐渐增加,而体重则会出现一定的波动。

In order to get the relevant information of artificial breeding Protobothrops mucrosquamatus, the study on artificial reproduction of Protobothrops mucrosquamtaus was conducted in the laboratory. The results showed that Protobothrops mucrosquamatus lay eggs during July. Averagely, the eggs are 39.22 mm in length and 22.1 g in weight. The hatch time lasts about 50 days, so the young snakes are born during the late August and the early September with 25.83 cm long and 6.7 g weight in average. The young snakes have their ecdysis on about the 13 th day after coming out of shells, and then, have the following ecdysis every 10 days. The length of the newly born snakes will increase gradually, while the weight fluctuates.
