摘要
以月柿生理落果为原料,研究了原花青素的提取工艺。以体积分数为30%的乙醇溶液为提取溶剂,通过正交试验确立了最佳的提取条件:提取时间3h,料液比1∶12,温度70℃,提取2次。
The best extraction of procyanidins from premature persimmon is studied.30%ethanol is the best extraction solvent. The optimized extraction conditions are that extraction time is 3 h,the ratio of solid to liquid is 1：12,extraction temperature is 70℃and extract two times.
